Walk one plan end to end

Follow one plan from six questions to the words you paste.

I'm Ryan, I made Smart SEO, and it wrote every word of the plan you're about to walk through. You answer the questions, the plan lands inside WordPress, and the task at the top ends with the finished words, already written out.

You answer six questions and the setup is behind you.

Smart SEO installs like any other WordPress plugin, and six quick questions are the first screen it shows you. Your business name, what you sell, who you sell it to, and the towns you serve. Every answer is something you already know off the top of your head, so the whole setup takes about two minutes of typing.

Six questions, asked once, and Smart SEO keeps the answers for every plan after this one

You can close the tab while it works.

It crawls the pages you actually have, pulls live keyword demand for your area, and writes the plan against what it found. Ten to fifteen minutes, because it is reading your pages one by one, and you get an email the moment your plan lands.

  • Firecrawl reads your pages
  • DataForSEO checks what your clients actually search
  • Claude writes your plan

You open WordPress and your next move is already picked.

Up Next is the screen you land on, and the task at the top of it is already decided. Under it you get the reason it matters for your business, the finished words, and the panel to paste them into.

Up Next, holding a plan Smart SEO wrote for a live photography site

Every task comes with its answer.

On a wedding photographer's Weddings page, the task reads "Rewrite the page title for keyword clarity." The reason: the title and the H1 both leave out "Sarasota wedding photographer", which is the phrase her couples type. High priority, about five minutes. You mark it done with one click, it is worth points, and everything you finish stays on the page where you can see it. Every change to your site is you pasting words you have already read.

It names the canvas in Showit or the field in Yoast

What if you only get through one task?

That is normal, and your plan is built for it. When July closes with tasks left over, Smart SEO puts them at the top of August before it adds anything new. What you crossed off leaves the plan for good. What you skipped moves up. It holds on to your site between months, writes accordingly, and then it writes September around August, for as long as you want to keep going.

Your coach remembers what you finished

August Up next

You find out which page is quietly costing you inquiries.

You get your pages back one at a time, each with its own keyword, its own estimate of what is within reach, and its own short list of fixes.

Working that out yourself is the weekend you keep rescheduling

You stop guessing.

You get the posts worth writing, in the order worth writing them, each carrying its keyword, how many people search that phrase every month, and the points to cover. The hardest part of blogging is deciding what to write, and Smart SEO decides it.

Your free plan also opens Dashboard, Your Pages, Your Posts, New Pages, New Posts, Site Health and Keywords, each one filled with your own site.

How is this different from the big SEO tools?

The tools SEO pros pay for hand you data: rankings, charts, and a long list of everything they found. Smart SEO reads the same site and makes the decisions instead: which page, in what order, and the words to paste.

What an SEO tool says

"Title tag missing geo modifier. E-E-A-T signals weak. 47 issues found."

What your coach says

"Put 'Sarasota wedding photographer' in your Weddings page title."

Smart SEO writes next month around what you finished, because it holds on to your site between months. And it installs alongside the SEO plugin you already have: when a fix belongs in Yoast or RankMath, the task names the field to paste into.

Your first plan is free, and it is a real one.

Every plan starts from a crawl of your own pages, the free one included. One subscription covers one website.
